Gluten Dairy Free Almond Biscuits

Delicious gluten and dairy free biscuits

caster sugar :
Mix in the sugar and all of the ground almonds, stir until combined.
Roll into 12 balls and place on grease proof paper on a baking tray. Put a an almond on the top of each one for decoration.
Preheat the over to 170c and bake for 12-15 minutes, they should be nice and chewy and soft in the middle still. These are super moreish so make sure to make a few batches! This recipe is dairy free, gluten free, lactose free, flour free and great too.
