These protein cookies great tasting and high in protein (8 grams per cookie with 11.5 grams of carbs, and 7.25 grams of fat and 147 Calories). They are dairy free and lactose free but the egg means they aren't vegan. These are very easy to make and store well too. I use peanut butter flavour protein from the protein works but you can use anything that sounds like it would taste well with peanuts (I recommend vanilla/chocolate/honeycomb).

Directions
1Mix the ingredients in a bowl - don't over mix them.
2Scoop into balls, and place on baking tray (bake it batches of 6)
3Bake at 165 Degrees for 12 minutes, turning the tray aroud half way through
4Let them cool so they will hold their shape better.
