Lactose free Banana Bread with Raisins (Mary Berry’s)

1Preheat oven to 180C / Fan 160C / Gas 4.
2Line a loaf tin with baking paper
3Measure everything out and add into a mixer until smooth.
4Mix in a couple of handfuls of raisins, depending on how much you like.
5Pour mixture into a tin
6Cook for around 1 hour, it should be risen and golden brown. Check after 50 minutes A skewer or piece of spaghetti poked in should come out clean.
7Let it cool for a while, and then take it out and let it cool completely or enjoy slightly warm.
