I love making pizzas with family. Pulled pork pizza keeps everyone happy and everyone can add and remove toppings as they like. Individual pizzas are the perfect treat and taste so much better than take away. Everyone gets involved in making their own dough and toppings. What's not to love. Eating outside now that its getting warmer brings everyone together. Even if its only a glimpse of sun behind a cloud. This post was inspired by the Direct Stoves company who have an amazing looking 3 in one outdoor stove!
- Prep: 40 mins
- Cook: 10 mins

Directions
Pizza Base
1Mix the salt, flour, yeast in a big bowl
2Make a well in the middle of the flour and pour in 200ml of warm (not boiling) water. Mix together with a spoon
3Pour out onto a lightly floured surface. Kneed together for 5-6 minutes. Then return to the bowl. Put some cling film on the top and place somewhere warm for 30 minutes to an hour (it should double in size)
Pizza
1Drizzle in a bit of olive oil - roll out the pizza base into a pizza shaped disk, Use a rolling pin to help if necessary. Its fine if it looks a little rustic and not perfectly circular
2Put the pizza sauce on the pizza and use the back of a spoon to spread it out. Do the same with the BBQ sauce
3Now place on the cheese, basil, tenderstem and any other toppings you like
4Cook at 200 degrees for around 8-10 minutes or until done.
