Everyone loves oreos, but can you e eat them if you’re unable to eat dairy? Oreos are a cultural phenomemon whether you dunk them or twist them everyone loves them. But are they dairy free vegan friendly and lactose free?
Do Oreos have lactose or dairy?
No. Oreos are both dairy and lactose free. I have checked a lot of the other special flavours too and the majority seem dairy free too. However, make sure you check with any new flavour you haven’t tried before.

On the oreo web-site under their FAQ it states they are not diary free because of cross contact.
They are NOT dairy free. They label it on the front with a u circled which means kosher but it has a d next to it, which means it does contain dairy.
Watch out. I've stood in the cookie aisle and read lots of labels.
The only Oreos that I've found to be lactose free are the Golden Oreos.
Be sure and check the ingredients list.
