To sum these up – surprisingly good. These are gluten free, wheat free and dairy free and while they may not be great for you (look at all those red triangles!) they are actually really nice. I wouldn’t say they are a 1:1 of a brownie taste wise but they are actually nice in their own right.
These are from Sainsbury’s and I can’t remember how much they were, but they are pretty standard freefrom price (ie: overpriced). The texture is good, they come in little sealed packets of 2 (within the box of 4). Really not much to say apart from in you’re after a treat and you are craving some chocolate then these will fill that hole, the fact that they are wheat and gluten free is nice too.
The other alternative would be to make some of these yourself but can we really be bothered to make brownies when you want a quick snack?
