2 ingredient Dairy Free Banana Pancakes

1Mash up the bananas in large bowl and get them nice and smooth.

2Mix in 4 eggs, and your sprinkling of baking powder – the baking powder is optional but it will make them more fluffy and light.

3Mix or whisk up, and cook as thick american style pancakes. Add fruit like blueberries and raspberries if you want. This will make 2 large pancakes! Or around 6/7 little pancakes.


4 Eggs

3 Bananas (Ripe)

1/2 tsp Baking Powder

Handful Fruit for topping

Smelled delicious when cooking and didn’t disappoint. I sprinkled on some cinnamon sugar and only about a teaspoon of maple syrup
