Creams is a ice cream place in the UK, they have waffles, ice creams, sorbets, cakes. So what can you eat if you’re lactose intolerant or avoiding dairy? The lactose free options (And dairy free) are: The sorbets (As you would expect) these can vary per branch. You can also have the fruit, any juices, and meringue. Unfortunately there isn’t much else, but this is pretty standard for most ice cream places.
