1Mash the bananas up in a big bowl. Then Mix in the oats
2Add a drizzle of honey and add in your hazelnuts and chocolate Give it a good mix together.
3Grease the muffin trays (butter or oil) Put the mixture into muffin trays, about half pull (pad it down)
4Cook at 160Degrees for around 15-20 minutes
5Let them cool down. And pop them out the tin. These are about 120 calories each.
