Gluten and Dairy Free Almond Biscuits

Dairy and Gluten free almond biscuits keep well but you'll eat them all before you even think of storing them. This recipe is dairy free, gluten free, lactose free, flour free and great too.

1Put the egg whites in a bowl and mix with an electric mixer until the peaks are soft and stiff.
2Mix in the sugar and all of the ground almonds, stir until combined.
3Roll into 12 balls and place on grease proof paper on a baking tray. Put a an almond on the top of each one for decoration.
4Preheat the over to 170c and bake for 12-15 minutes, they should be nice and chewy and soft in the middle still. These are super moreish so make sure to make a few batches!
